• Weekly rate is for 7 nights


• 4 nights or less, add admin fee and cleaning : US$ 120


• 5 or 6 nights, add cleaning : Add  US$ 100


• No minimum stay, but reservations of 5 nights or less might require flexibility on unit.


• All prices includes 13 % Lodging and Sales Tax


• $ 250 US$ deposit, minimum 10 %, due 3 days after booking.


• Remaining amount is due 30 days before check in.


• late checkout possible free of charge, if our apartment is vacant after your stay. This is finally decided 3 days before checkout.
